Take me past the outer courts
Into the Holy Place
Past the brazen altar
Lord I want to see your face
Pass me by the crowds of people
And the Priests who sing your praise
I hunger and thirst for your righteousness
But it’s only found in one place
[Chorus:]
Take me into the holy of holies
Take me in by the blood of the lamb
Take me into the holy of holies
Take the coal, touch my lips, here I am
By Kutless,
this song is getting me through so much stress lately I thought I would share it with you.

I saw this on another blog, sorry I won’t say where for that person’s privacy and mine. But the meme is:
How do you see me? Please be honest, I am always looking to improve and need some feedback of how I come across. Please feel free to do this on your blog and please link back to me. Thanks.

What Your Front Door Says
You are bold, brave, and easily excited.
You are passionate about what you believe.
And you’re never afraid to tell people exactly what you think.
You’re picky and particular. It’s sometimes hard to meet your standards.

I picked up Kendra and Noah. We are home safe but I’m tired and grouchy will regale you with camp stories tomorrow.

So Pastor Doug had to come into to town to do a funeral and stopped to tell the husband about Kendra. Apparently they went canoeing and didn’t think to ask who hadn’t ever been canoeing. So they put my darling Kendra in the back of a 2 person canoe to steer. They were the last ones to make it in (besides the counselor’s) and apparently she was pretty zig zaggy. Pastor Doug says she is having fun and seems happy. I’m so glad as she wasn’t all that thrilled to be going.

Last week I juggled VBS with swim team practice and swim lessons while trying to decide what to do on the really cold days that were rainy. We had lots of rain the last few days. But the temps have been nice if you like cooler temps. I like temps in the 50-75 range so I’ve been feeling pretty good. Over the weekend I had to get Kendra and Noah ready for camp. I drove them to camp in a terrible thunderstorm, met their cabin counselor’s and then left to get the husband home to bed. the drive home was better except for the flat tire we got about 20 minutes from home. Fortunately I was able to pull off the road into a grassy spot to lesson the risk of being hit. We got home, but then I had to pick up Jasmine from work and drop her off at home. We went to bed early.
Today I was up early did my strength training before my granddaughters got here. I’m getting off here in a few to take Adrien to swim lessons and let the little ones play at the park. Then it will be home to work on finishing the hallway. We gave the ceiling two coats of paint but I can still see the trimming I did and that doesn’t make me happy at all. I want to get it done so I can start on the living room.
I really won’t be around much since my main helpers are gone. I have a just turned 6 year old, a 5.5 yr old and 2 three yr. olds, not a good group. We think the 6 yr old has ADHD and her sister can be bossy as well. I do try to stop by all of your blogs and read I just don’t always leave notes. Much love, prayers and hugs for you all this week.
